Summary: The front desk attendant was excellent. She was very nice, welcoming and accommodating. She assured us our room was very nice considering it was our anniversary and she gave excellent restaurant suggestions.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a classic Courtyard Marriott the pool and hot tub were a lot of fun for my son and his flag football buddies. In particular Plie provided an excellent service and took care of us.

Summary: Our room had physical damage to the ceiling and bathroom floor and sink area. Heard everything going on in adjoining rooms and hallways. Basically in need of a renovation. Not up to the standards we expect from a Courtyard.

Summary: Didn’t have rooms ready for check in. Towel hangers in the bathroom fell off by merely pulling in the towel. Place is barely put together and understaffed. For the price you don’t get the value you purchase. Plenty other hotels in the area I’ll prefer next trip. Wouldn’t recommend.

Summary: Staff was kind and accommodating and overall the room was clean and comfortable. The hallways, pool area and main lobby showed signs of being a little neglected and being in need of refurbishing. Some of these areas just looked a bit run down and in need of some greater attention. Overall, the experience was okay, but just expect more from a Marriott Hotel.

Summary: Very clean, quiet, couldn’t tell I was sleeping in a hotel, even though it was full, staff exceptionally friendly and attentive!! Only place I’ll stay in North Canton now!!

Summary: My wife and I were traveling from akron and decided to stay at this property. The staff was very pleasant and our room was large and clean. We had a nice dinner at a nearby restaurant. There are actually a lot of nice restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to consider this hotel.
